Oil life not resetting??

But yes a scan tool is a good idea to try.
Oops, I missed the year, I was thinking early GMT800 🤦. Then definitely, he should be able to reset it with a scan tool...

Scanner was the first thing I tried after the pedal method didn't work. Our Snap-On scanner just told me to do the pedal reset, and the Tech2 let me adjust the oil life value to anything from 0-100%, so I tried about 8 different percentages just to see if anything would take.
Same deal, the Oil Life Reset message would pop up, then after I cycle the key, it reverted back to Change Engine Oil.

Definitely has to be the PCM then. Buy another one and just put your file on it maybe?
