"SO YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE GUYS WHO TRIES TO GET FREE MONEY ALL THE TIME FROM SUING PEOPLE"

So if you are pressing charges, is it just so you can take them to court to see that they will get punishment for what they did(basically they will get fined0, might as well get some cash(or your truck fixed) out of it if you are going to go all in like that.

You were the one posting about taking the guy to court by pressing all of these "charges". What are you planning on doing taking him to court, tell him "i got you now" then let him go? That will teach him a lesson. I GUESS THEY SHOULD LEARN YALL BETTER OVER YONDER IN GEORGIA!

I never said that, most people with a vag would press charges for something like that. Who do you think would win the person charged with Wreckless Driving, Assault with a Deadly weapon and Hit and run vs. a person with an assault charge(maybe could claim self defense if threatened)? Its all about who is considered the victim! Oh, tell me your secrets to frog giggin, I know you have been perfecting them for some time now.
