stock 34" radiator, and stock 05+ Efans are the ticket.
i can run around town with the AC wide open and it stays cool even with the fans on low.
When the coolant gets up to 215 the fans will kick on high, and in less than a minute the coolant is back to 200*
but that only happens if im idling with the AC on and it takes about 15-20 minutes for the coolant to creep up to 215.

Also, try and clean your AC Condenser and Radiator.
I use super clean or something and just use the water hose and rinse the crud out. works great. I ususally clean mine once a year unless the bugs are bad, they will clogg it pretty fast.

No I don't know where they are but i will give them a call. I see a couple different kinds of radiators. Am I looking for a radiator that's 1-5/16" thick or 1-1/8"? I don't know if the mount differently or what's different from the two

Here is a little update on the compressor. Looks like the clutch isn't slipping. But freeon is leaking out of the compressor. When I first turned of the ac this morning to see if I could figure out where it was leaking, it pissed freeon for a lot longer than in this video and there was a ton of white "smoke". So maybe its just the wrong o ring? Or should I have the compressor warranted while I'm at it?

Have you put gauges on that AC system yet? If yes what is you high side and low side pressures ? Is that leak coming out of the high pressure relief valve?

aren't the relive valves on top of the ac lines by the coolant reservoir? I think It's coming out of the lines where they are bolted to the compressor.
