Better suggestion than mine Don't be in a hurry to go fast. One thing I have learned in the past 11 years of driving, there is a time and a place when you need over 300 horsepower, and that is about 1% of the time. When I was 16, I thought it was closer to 75% of the time

Get a feel for driving and for the truck. They don't steer or stop quickly, so if you put a lot of power behind it, things can go wrong very fast on the roads.

Thanks For All the Advice you guys i have also been doing some research and i dont really know much but is there a way to take my 4.8 block and turn it into a 5.3 because it is the same block and bore bore only different strokes is there a way to change my strokes to a 5.3's strokes again thanks for the help
