I have the same ones and I haven't had a prob at all. Sleeves hold up to 1200 degrees farenheit. And if they touch the (Pace Setter) header it's ok, just the color fades. No biggie.

What brand are those an were can i order me some. Just bought some lts an from what ive read it would be easier buying the socks.

You still need to keep the socks off the headers.

The socks cover for 1200 degrees...who cares if it turns white....

You can use some sleeves or tape, if ya want. Your primary concern is to get everything off of the primary.

Create some brackets and/or use some wire ties as mentioned.
