It's still a mini-van.

I want to know WTF this is all about: "You really have to thread your way through clutch engagement and be attentive or stalling is inevitable. A bit of jerking is to be expected; we didn’t stall, but we stunk up the cabin once with burning clutch odors."

You'd think with all that power it'd be a little more driveable down low. I'd expect the above with a three cylinder Geo Metro.

That C5R block is pretty special! As for the jerking, I think that may come with the territory. With a nice sticky clutch it doesnt slip like the stocker does. Thus the jerking on take-off. I have ridden in a car before that does that on take-off. And it wasnt a 3-cylinder Metro.
