pull out cup holders-possible to swap out?
I have a 2000 silverado with the pull out dash mounted cup holders and hate the damn things, anyway to swap to them out or does that involve a whole dash swap? Damn things are right where I want to put my CB 
not too mention they rattle like a &^%&^%$!!!!

yea that part i'm not too worried about, but is there a dash piece that bolts in place of these pull out cup holders? Not looking to cut and hack a dash up and have somethin that doesn't look right, thought maybe there was a direct piece that went in place of the pull outs. My wife had a 2002 and her cupholders were on the front bottom of the jump seat like you said, but this 2000 has these rattlin sob's on the dash.

Yes, there is a dash piece that goes there. At some point they quit putting the pull out ones on the dash and started putting them on the front of the jump seat. 2001 or 2002ish The panel will directly interchange.

thanks for the info pitchblack, exactly what I was curious about.
My Dash is a in between gray and a bit of beige, taupe I think they call it but I'll take any color and paint it close enough for me
