I have looked aroud at different performance mods, but i am not sure what will work. I would appreciate any and all help with what cams heads throttle bodies spacers etc. that you guys recomend. I have only done the exhaust so far Pacesetter headers Magnaflow cats and Flowmasters. It sounds really good, I just want some punch to go with it.

A lot of it depends on your needs and budget. What are you looking to spend? What kind of driveability are you looking for? You need to define some goals before we can really help you out a lot. Do you want N/A? Forced induction?
One thing I can tell you is you can forget about the throttle body spacer. The only thing they are good for is drilling and tapping for nitrous nozzles.

Thanks Thunder550, I really don't have a set budget, that is not to say I am rolling in dough however. one thing I know I want is a Skyjacker 6' Suspension lift along with a front end leveling kit and at least 305/75/16 I think I will keep my stock wheels, I just like the way they look. I do like the sound of a lope in the idle, but don't want to go overboard. I guess what I really want is hp in the 350 to 375 range and about the same for trq. I'm 44 but I still like my women hot, my beer cold, my music loud and my truck fast.

Id suggest going with a built trans before you do the Whipple. We have atleast 2 sponsors that specialize in building transmissions who have nothing but good reputation.
That being said if your looking to lift your truck and run 34s your gonna want gearing for sure. If you currently have
3.23s swap to 3.73s
3.42s swap to 3.90s
3.73s swap to 4.30s
When you do the tire size change that will keep your gear ratio close to what it is stock with the 34" (305/75/16) tall tire. Now of course if your looking for performance outta it id say just jump to the 4.10s or 4.30s no matter what ratio you have

Yup, if you are going to lift it and run larger than stock tires (even stocks are big) then gearing and transmission modification will be a priority. Gear selection will depend on your choice of wheel/tire diameter and a shift kit, servo and trans fluid cooler are minimum requirements.
Once you have your drive line in order then you can start thinking about the go fasts! Keep it simple and do one thing at a time.
