So its like 9:30 and i leave work. Then i see this group of ricers at the local wendys all standing around this car. So i decide to drive up and take a look at what all the fuss was about. Turns out some high school kid just got his 01 gt back from the shop and has some work done. As usual the kid is running his mouth about how fast it is. I ask him what he had done and he said Heads/cam, full exhaust and gears. He's like "This thing flies. I bet you its the fastest car out tonight". Now im interested. So I decide to prove him wrong at a price of $100.00
We get out on the highway and cruise to the local street where everyone races. Light after light. We cant seem to line up. The finally we do. He asks me what engine i have. I tell him a 4.8. The he laughs. So i rev it up to like 2500 and get ready to launch. Green and we go, but he is pulling on me. I was like what the f*ck!!!!!! I hit second and still not really gaining on him. The i hit 3rd and look in the rearview at the street behind me covered in smoke. Now i hook and rip by him. We pull over and he was like "holy ****. That wasn't right."
And the best part is that I made a easy $100.00.

i stongly advise every 4.8 owner to buy a Radix. And get it from Blownchevy. You will not be dissapointed

Your truck is bad ***!!! I wish I could take mine that far. I wont have the blower and tranny done until Sept or Oct. When its done I should be able to smoke some slower stock stangs
