Default removing EGR

I got a buddy that just bought a silverado that has the EGR still on it. He wants to remove it. What all is involved with getting rid of EGR.

Block off plate for manifold: http://store03.prostores.com/servlet...Exhaust/Detail

GM part # for intake plug: 12558346 (I have an extra one... pm me if you want it)

I can't remember if you have to re-tune or not, hopefully somebody else will chime in.

probably have to tune it out. just like the rear o2's
