Default Removing wiper arm

How the hell do you loosen/remove the wiper hose in the wiper arm? I'm trying to remove the wiper arm because the passenger side arm is stripped at the spline. At least I think it is- the drivers side arm moves fine and the passenger side won't move at all.

Just tighten the 13 mm nut down more on the spline. It will be fine. G
