Default Replacing 06 envoy Denali lh6 with 2005 lm7?

Hey guys, new member here, with a pretty intricate, yet basic question. My sister blew up the motor in her 2006 envoy Denali. I have a lm7 out of a 2005 Tahoe sitting in the garage. What exactly would I need to change over to drop this motor into her truck? She just isn't in a situation where she can afford to find an lh6 and pay to put it in. Is it just the 24x to 58x reluctor wheel swap I would need to worry about? And the cam gear? Clearly I know I'll have to swap intake manifolds and accessories, but I'm more so referring to internal differences.
