I don't know of anyone who builds a cage kit for these truck. Your best bet is to talk to your track tech and see what they will allow. Some tracks will let you get way with just a 4 point roll bar in the cab and not have the 2 rear point in the bed so you don't have to put a lexan rear window in it with bars though it. Also most tracks want the bars welded to the frame. NHRA rules are min 5 points, welded to the frame for a -11.49 cert.

the rules state you need a 6 point to be nhra cert to 10.0-10.49 and something like above to go 7.50> .
best is to find a reputable chassis shop in your area. if you have a hardass track they will want to see this , materials used(chromoly or mild) which has diff thickness requirments and they will want to be able to see the weld.
iirc , vehicles getting a 10.0> cage need to be welded to the frame if its a stock frame.
as there isnt alot of excabs with cages ive found a few loop holes to not go through the rear glass and have the rear seats useable.
prices for what im doing are near 2500-3000 , but having quality will offset cost's in my book , i plan to have mine done as close to the panel's/roof as possible and wrap it in suede.

Mine is done with C/M all tig... Its the first truck I have ever seen or built and has a tag that the truck will NHRA cert to 7.50 with NO BARS OUTSIDE THE CAB ! Labor cost 3500-5000 and around 120 foot in material 800 range... I will keep posting pics as it comes back together..... And super easy to get in and out of.... only sticks out back 4" into the door way didnt even have to change anything with the wheel
