Just because it isn't on an import doesn't mean it isn't rice. He is saying it is rice because you are supposed to put the tail lights behind the slots and they act as a cover. It would look much better if you shaved the original tail lights and put functional tail lights behind the slots. There is a truck around here with that roll pan with the original taillights and it is fugly...

Hey at 3 am anything is possible, and yep I've goofed plenty. Well, I'd just go w/ a steel pan either way. And yep 2 sets of taillights= not cool. JMO.
