There are cheaper versions available.....but these things are brilliant. I replaced all/any of those plastic nut units and all self tapping screws in the engine bay area of my Burb with these and stainless allen key bolts.
Thanks Howard. I've used those before. They ARE sweet! Didn't know what they were called.

Thanks for the pics.

How to do my exhaust is my next hurdle. Something like you have going, Just dumping them without tips behind the wheels. What I want to do is take them through the roll pan.

Woot! Just pulled out the parts for the Sir Michaels hitch... appears to have what I think are the lower roll pan brackets in it.

Still driving me nuts, Nothing out the back, through it, cutouts along the bottom. Damn the choices.

Not sure if its the same guy. No sheet metal screws with it. Looks like a quality piece. Haven't laid it to the truck yet. Some track time coming up this weekend and don't want to tear it down.

I'm sure I'll go overboard with the fitment. Already have the straight edges, clamps, miscellaneous tools laying on the work bench. Bought some filler pudy, seam sealer. Paint, primer and clear on the way.

Rust, I'm thinking I will epoxy primer the entire panel and cover that with under coating on the rear.

good call. I dont have a problem with rust here so I didnt do any of that. Might wanna fill the screw holes (or whatever you use) with some sort of sealer as well
