Scsb mild build 6.0 running a 16.8 WTF?

this is with the new cam in, did i get the dots lined up good?

Dots look lined up. Did you rotate the cam 180 and see if they line up with the cam dot on top? Also, how much free play does the crank have, if any?

If it still runs crappy then you need to figure out why you are getting a spark advance lock. I don't do tuning myself but I'm pretty sure the two determining factors for spark advance retard are IAT and KR.

Yes I spun it it lines up again and again, and crank freeplay. Are you referring to the timing chain? It's preety tight looks good to me not excesive at all.

any crazy wear patterns on the lobes of the cam you removed? has the possibility of a vacuum leak been explored? Im have no idea how a vac leak would show in terms of spark advance, but it would contribute to your need of a sun dial for a 1/4 time!
