seat belts keep locking up..

One of my rear seatbelts won't unlock, it's been months and it's still locked! Anyone have any ideas or do I have to buy a new seatbelt mechanism thing?

My RCSB 07 has done that since day one. I hate the hell out of it....

well... guess ill be the test dummy on this little problem this weekend and tear into my seats and see if i cant figure something out... i didnt realize this many people were having this same problem...

Im not sure how you guys perceive this but if Im right, force the retractor to sit at 15* angle all the time?

Section 4.3 shows that the retractor allows the belt to pull freely at 15*, but at 45* it locks, which somehow it must move that way when the brakes are applied?

My seat belts used to be good until I had a recall done on them many years ago where the dealer installed new seatbelts. Now when I pull up to a stop and need to lean forward to see up the street, I have to pull the belt out of the seat at a certain angle for it to move...
