Default Show me ext. cab roll cages. Want pics!

Well title says it just about.

Show me some pics of roll cages in extended cab 99-06 GM pickups(full size).

If possible I would prefer to have one compatible with back seat, but able to still remove back seat when desired(for track times).. Also I have a hard top on back, I would prefer to keep it there as well.. Anyone done a cage with hard top on back?

Thanks guys!

to do one right, you'll have to go through the rear window...

I have never seen a fullsize extended cab that is caged. Also agree not to ruin your truck. It will mess up the sleeper look.

I just want it to be legal and safe.

Me and him used to post alot on CTW (chevytruckworld) back in the day, but hopefully he's gonna start posting on this forum more, since its 10x better than CTW ever was.

I built the motor for nitrous but didn't use it on the new motor(sprayed the old 5.3L). Its built for a 150 shot, could go a little more if wanted.. As soon as I have the funds im putting a slightly built 4l80E and likely 3.90's in the rear. I dont have any idea what she'll run with the nitrous though.. On the old 5.3L(stock motor, no internal mods) i shaved off .92 seconds with an 85 shot, so I imagine the 150 shot will gain me a little more than that.

I dont know if i'll ever get to the 11.49 to NEED the cage, but I tend to side with safety vs sorry, especially since I tend to drive fast, and it was my DD until the tranny and rear end got trashed.

PS: And yea, I havent been on here in a while.. Used to post more on LS1 tech when I was building the motor, they have an amazing internal motor forum crowd there, and nitrous forum.
