It was a 4 wheel alignment. And yes, the frame was bent, and not totaled. 137,000 miles, but the value of the truck was said to be about 12,000. Apparently the damage was only 8,000 bucks.... I was hoping for a total loss....

If it has been aligned twice on a four wheel machine, then I am stumped. If it were me, I'd probably get a second opinion from another frame shop next.

another way to check to see if your back wheels track the fronts is to wet the road and drive through the water back onto dry area. if they dont track then they didnt get the frame straight which can cause alignment issues. also check all the bolts in the rear end leafs and shackles. i had some break the center bolts in the leaf springs once when they hit me and the shop that fixed the truck didnt catch it. same thing as you i brought it back a few times cause of issues. a friend of mine actually noticed it when it was parked in the driveway cause the wheel was not centered in the wheel well.
