Default Sliding back glass leaking, maybe...

I had a CLL slider installed in my truck, and we are having some heavy *** rain tonight, and ever since i had it (2 weeks) its always been in the back of mind that they leak, so i check every wash, etc., well tonight, i have a wet spot above the driver seat in the headliner. Whats the best way of fixing this? Pulling it and re-doing it? Getting some black caulk and carefully go around it up top? I have also heard of the third break light leaking also....its been pulled before and smoked a year ago. thanks guys

When my rear sliding window leaked, I just squoze a little black RTV (actually the Toyota version of RTV which is called FIPG), into the leaky void and it's been good that way for over 5 years. If the 3rd brake light is leaking, I'd get a new gasket/seal for it instead of using some other sort of caulk like sealer that will leave a mess and present a problem the next time that you have to remove the third brake light assembly.
