so i was looking for some new rotors to go with the hawk pads im gonna order and thunder racing only has the power slotted rotors up till yr 04. my truck is a 2006. will the 04's fit or no? i know certain yrs had larger rotors iirc. so does anybody know where i can get some aftermarket rotors for my truck or just stay with stock? thanks

 

napa and carquest have them. napa is just slotted carquest has drilled and slotted. neither are to badl priced. i was goin thru brakes left and right on my old truck, put a set of delco drilled and slotted rotors and wagner sever duty pads never had any more problems and the improvement was like putting corvette brakes on a aveo.

 

2004 rotors are smaller than 2006 rotors. Why do you want slotted rotors? I bought some EBC ultimax plain rotors with ultimax pads and have been happy with them. Better than my stock stuff.

 

Napa sells Slotted AC Delco rotors?? No ****!

Could you give me the part number you bought so i have a place to start when i go to NAPA, im sure they will be lost LOL

While we are on the slotted rotors subject.. What about all the ones on ebay? They have tons of them for like 200 for all four. They might be decent like the ebay headers or could be complete junk. What's yalls take? Not meaning to thread jack but it might be useful to the op too

back when i bought the delcos i didnt get those from napa, they dont sell delco i got those from a local parts store and they went on a 95 ecsb z71. i can get you the # for the napa slotted rotors though ill post up tonight

 

ok delco sells slotted rotors for 06 sierra #18A1256 #18A1257 couple Numbers to start with atleast if you go where sells delco
