I have a snowplow on my truck and it won't go up on it's own anymore. It can go side to side by itself and if you help it up, it will hold itself up. Today I took out the clyinder that pushes the plow up and replaced the seals. I also changed the ATF fluid and it still will no go up on its own. Any thoughts. BTW, its a old western plow motor.
