I was driving on the freeway and it got backed up in my lane. I came to a complete stop behind a diesel on the freeway....I look in my mirror and i see this lady coming full speed behind and she's looking to the right like she's trying to get over.... Then next thing you know, BAM! and smashed right into my back right side of my truck. Had to pull off the divider after i opened my eyes and figured out what was happening. I get out and kinda get mad but more pissed at my truck looking like ****...She scratched the rim that i took pics of, but worst of all...My bed is cracked on the inside,feels like my rear end twisted, my leafs are shoved against my tires, my drive line is grinded down in the back and rubs...Theres more things that are f*d up with it, but it sucks. I hate this crap. There's a difference between driving behind me and me stopping fast, and her not stopping in time. Rather then me stopped for 5-6 seconds and the lady coming down the damn freeway and BAM! not even seeing me or even the big *** semi in front of me? F*n ridiculous. I went straight to the ER when i got home cuz my back is fkd up now, and i'm still dizzy. Hate this crap. Underneath the truck seems to be worse...**** hit that side hard as hell, these are just a few shots i got and that's it.

People take driving for granted. Sorry about your truck and hope you feel better. Sounds like it could of been worst if she hit you dead on instead of the "glance" you got.

I would def get a lawyer. Dont even mess around. Let her insurance company take care of you for your time and sufferring.


I got rear ended last year, had bad headaches from it. The damn kid that hit me was texting on the phone. His insurance company tried to screw me on repairs, so i introduced them to my lawyer. I try to be helpful but they werent showing me any love at all.

It sucks to have to be put in this situation, having to worry about your truck bieng smashed, your back hurting, all cuz some dumbass cant drive.

I just lost a friend and his GF because a driver slammed them at a stop light doing over 100 mph in Fresno...I wish it was open season or stupid people.

 

I still can't believe it. I really think she was on her phone and she really didn't give a rats **** bout it. She just wanted to know where the nearest Lexus dealership was.

Did I mention there was a pregnant girl in my truck? Which is why I blew up. Why I wanna get a lawyer because u never know. I'm not sure how it works when they take you out of work? anyone know? they want me out for 2 weeks.

 

I'm sorry to hear this Bill. I wouldn't know what to do or how to forgive people. It's hard enough to forgive people now, let alone taking someone I care about away.
