Wink So you believe Civics are slow eh?

This may be old news to some, but new to others. I got this clip a long time ago and decided I should share it with you guys. This Civic runs a 10 sec Viper. No hating on all the import guys, there's a few off their rockers just like us. I do agree most are silly, but beware the sneaky vehicles.

Here's the mods on the Honda...

98 B18B Swap
9.0:1 JE 81.5mm
Crower Rods
STR Block Guard
Crower 402 Cams
Crower Springs and Retainers
GTP Porting
Rev Hard Cast Manifold
STR Intake
850cc Injectors
Ferrea Comp Valves
Innovative T3 60-1 stage 5 turbine 4 bolt discharge
Tial 40mm Wastgate and BOV
AEM Cam Gears
Hondata 2b
Clutchmasters Stage 5
JUN Chromoly Flywheel
Quaife LSD
MSD 6AL, Blaster Coil
DMH Performance 3 in Electric cutout
FACTORY Honda DX Muffler
Greddy Profecb
Walbro 255 intank
AEM fuel rail and regulator

Those are the Civic vs Viper links. That Viper can be seen running here on the bottle: http://www.house-of-power.com/images/albert.mpg

http://www.house-of-power.com/

It turns 10.7@133 N/A and 9.6@151 or so on nitrous. 570whp and 590 tq on motor, makes about 1000whp on the 2 stage nitrous. Those are the numbers on the Viper. The Civic is somewhere just north of 400whp.

he lives here in Houston, I think he was selling that engine combo he had for around $8k, not too sure though. I think he dropped around or close to $15k
on the motor, I could be wrong though.

heh the infamous cheesefrog, He lives out in houston and that car was built and tuned by jason herrara of autologic. He was selling the complete swap for about 8 grand as stated but his new setup will be much more powerful should be about 500+ to the wheels. Here is another video of Jason, the tuner of cary's car, running the same viper in a different car he built http://www.houston-imports.com/~icchmovies/vsviper.mpeg
