any solutions for ,'stuck jamb nut' on tie rood end?

soak it in liquid wrench for a few hours, if not a day.

I agree, some penetrating oil and a wrench should do it. Put some muscle into it but dont bust your knuckles!

That's everything I would suggest...if rust penetrant doesn't do the trick, then you'll have to heat it. If the tie rod gets damaged somehow, then you'll have to replace it and the nut with new parts.

pb blaster is my preference, then heat it, and if all else fails use an impact....then a bigger impact, if a 3/4" drive impact doesnt get it nothing will, cut it off

My tie rods are the same part # for left and right...

Guys, do yourselves a favour and try this Aerokroil. my buddy works on porches, says
they use it the night befor they remove exhaust system components
totally blows away anything I've used previously

ps a small pipe wrench is a great tool for stubborn tie rods
