Default Sonoma PCM Controller

I'm trying to find the pcm controller plug on my dad's 2000 Sonoma.
The one that is usually under the dash to hook a scanning tool up to. I can't find it. there's not one under the dash and didn't see one under the hood. Any idea's where I should look?

Every one I have seen is under the Dash. I had a 98 and a 2001 and both of them were under the dash. I believe by the steering column ???

Keep looking it's there, OBDII standards requires it be with in 12 inches of the steering column.

maybe my dad had to tuck it away when he put in my hand controls. I asked if he did but he probably forgot.
I'll check behind the panel.
