sound dampening material in rcsb
I'm wanting to add some sort of sound dampening material to my silvy here within the next two weeks. I definitely want to do the doors, but I'm also throwing around the idea of doing the floorboard and the back wall. How hard would this be to accomplish and how much time do you expect it would take? I read through a few other posts and from what I gathered, secondskin is pretty good stuff.

it took me a day to completely remove all the interior out of my RCSB. But that was including the dash board and all.
for what u are doing, it shouldnt take but an hour to remove the seats, carpet, door panels, and plastic pillars.

just got done putting 2 layers of HushMat in my whole truck. Doors, Back Wall, Floorboard, and roof.....insane how much difference it made!! I swear my truck is a completely different truck now. It is awesome I highly recommend doing this....best $200 i ever spent!

how many square feet did you use?im gonna do the back wall and roof and outside door skinsand i have 120 feet on theway that i got at a good price. im also gonna use foam on the braces

go with the damplifier, did the entire floor and back wall in mine and it helped ALOT with the exhaust drone. still gotta pull the headliner and do the roof, and the doors.
