Spark plug suggestion
Doing some maintance on the truck what is a good spark plug to run? I have taylor 10.4mm wires that i will be putting on it and the truck just has a k&n cold air kit, flowmaster exhaust, and will be putting a hypertech on it here pretty soon. Dont race it but do some off roading and tow the race car and boat with the truck. Have been told the NGK plugs are good but not sure which one to run or if I should go with something else.

i like the ACDelco Iridiums 
they come stock and run exceptionally well. the part number you'd need is #41-110. they are a little on the pricey side @ 5.80-7.99 apiece. 100,000 mile guarantee and i've got them in my truck now.

Another vote for the NGk's If you want the 100k mile plugs, thats the NGK TR55ix. On some of teh AC-Delco's, if you look at the other side they have NGK printed on them, so either way youre good.
I usually just get the standard TR55. I feel more comfortable using a regular plug and changing them every 20k or so than trusting them to 100k. That being said, I just changed mine in the work truck at 170xxx and pretty sure they were the factory plugs.
Also since no one said it already, avoid the hypercrap programer. Get a custom tune, either mail order or dyno tune if you have a local shop. They arent nicknamed hypercrap for nothing. I used to have a hypertech tune on the computer and its down right scary!!!
On top of that, when I was just getting into this, I had one. Went to the track, and ran. Put the hypertech in, ran a tad quicker, pulled the tune out, and just left the transmission settings in, and ran even better. Ordered a wait4me tune, and sold the hyperjunk. The wait4me was waaaaayyyyy better, and IMO there are many others that have better results than w4m.
Check out Wheatly, or Nelson. Heard good things about blackbear also. A lot of local guys have had great luck with truckshop, but not sure if he does any mail order.

I went and bought the MSD 8.5's and put them on my truck before learning that the stockers are just fine. With such a short distance to the plugs in our trucks wires dont need to be really thick. As far as plugs im running the stock replacements for the 100k iritium mile rating. There expensive but I won't have to worry for a while.
