I don't think that is required on todays engines. Test drives on new vehicles usually get a flogging.
I hammered on mine when it only had 22 mi on it. No problems yet at 28,000mi. Other than the shitty brakes!

All the trucks from 04' to 06' that come with factory 20's from GM, will more than likely have the 275/55/20 GDY Eagle LS or LS-2 tires.

a guy that I know just bought a 06 2wd SS and it has 4.10's...

How did he get the 4:10. I read my sticker before I bought it, and it said 3:73. I think in a truck like an SSS or V-Max should automaticly have a 4:10 axle, after all, look at what your buying. They put all the bells and whistles on the SSS, but they don't put a 4:10 in it. Unless its an option? Or the AWD.
Question also; What is so special about the hemi 05' QC 4x4. I hear alot about them. Is it faster than other hemi's or something? You would thing its heaver that the oher ones.

You must be right, cuz mine is a 06' 2wd with a 3:73. I wish I had a 4:10. How much is it to change them out, about $600?

depends where you go, for 600 i got the gears, alll bearings and the install but while i was looking i was quoted up to 1200$. you really need to find a good gear guy cuz a bad or mediocre install will leave you wishing you had done different.
