Default Steering rubbing noise

When I turn I get this rubbing noise and I can feel it in the steering wheel. It sounds and feels like rubber is dragging across metal. Its mostly when I turn left but it does it when I turn right also. It isn't the intermediate shaft either. What could it be because it's getting worse and very annoying.

It's probably the steering wheel position sensor housing. It's a plastich housing with a bearing inside it and they go bad from time to time. Makes a shitty rubbing noise. Cost ya, about $50.
