Default Steering wheel noise

I am experiencing a little noice everytime time I go over rough surfaces and sometime I even feel the steering vibrate. I know this is pretty common on the 01+ GM trucks. Does anybody know if there is TSB for this?

NO... It was doing the same thing before the drop. It's more like a clunking feeling that is noticeable when making turns.

There is a TSB out for it ... I don't know what it's called or a number, but it's the intermediate shaft that needs to be lubed. They told me that it was because it wasn't done as a regular maintenance procedure as it should be. They fixed it and I never had any problems out of it afterwards. Never greased it again either.

The dealer has a lube kit for it. You remove the intermediate steering shaft and lube it
with grease from the kit. sorry I dont know the part number.
