Stock QC Hemi runs a sub 15sec 1/4 mile run
I don't know what do belive. I find it very hard to belive since these trucks are so freaking heavy and the fastest I have seen them run is a 15.9.

i don't see a qc running that fast without Nitrous. all the hemi's i have seen have run a best of 15.5 or slower. he has gas and is sneaking it. i didn't see the vid so i may be wrong. but sub 15's is hmmmmm, far fetched. i could be wrong tho. could be tq verter.....and other mods. ok, just read that post. no way, a heavy truck, that slow couldn't make up that much time in cool air.. sorry, i call

Come on guys. That was me and it's very true. Totally stock engine and tranny except for exhaust. (no tc) My best time before last night was a 15.156sec 1/4. The conditions were great. Still have the paper airfilter. only mod is a muffler.
My buddy was there with his Vette and he's a member and he can be my witness. My wife video'd the run as well if someone wants to host it.
There was also a guy there with a blown SS Silverado, I don't know if he's a member here or not but he ran a 13.5 @ 97. He said he wasn't running alot of boost.
It's very true! ALL of it.

Why is every one in here so quick to disbelieve that another brand truck can be quick also? I for one believe him, why shouldn't I? He posted this on a Dodge site, do you think he's lying on his own site? Maybe he's got a freak truck, all the tunes are right for the engine, trans, etc., maybe the factory got it right on this one. We all have read on our own site here that some 02 Silverado's have run in the 14's stock. We call them freak trucks and give congatulations to the owner, we don't raise the BS flag. Come on guys, can't we just all get along? LOL!
