Default strange noise?

Just finished my cam swap monday and everything went smooth. The only thing now that I am a little concerned about is the truck has a little whine to ie. Not to noticeable at idle but with the radio off and the windows up you can hear a faint high pitch whine. Anybody else have this sound? BTW the cam is a comp 212/218 low lift with LS6 springs. That is all that I replaced.

Whine...power steering comes to mind, check the fluid. The only other thing I can think of is the alternator. Try starting it uwithout the serpentine belt on it.
