Vicegripps? If not you could weld a bolt or nut to it and get the old one out to replace it

If it is rounded off, use the next size smaller socket or even a standard on it, beat it on with a hammer.. Might mess the socket up, but should work.. Or take a chisel, hammer it in the counter clockwise direction towards the out side of the bolt.. Or like stated you could weld a nut to it

Get it up to operating temp (or use a small propane torch)and use this to get it out.

No need to get up to op temp. Its only a 10mm head and TQed to 18ft lbs (if installed right). hell, if its the 2 small ones, theyre 8mm and 132in lbs.

Why not play it safe and get some heat in it first, makes it much easier. No use breaking the head off. A little head on a big bolt will snap easy if its seized that bad.

Heat will definitely help, run it and get it good and hot. I'd have a new drain plug ready to go though, and hope that it isn't cross threaded, or you'll either be drilling, re-tapping, or replacing the oil pan. There are oil drain plug repair kits available, not sure if they work on aluminum pans or not though...
