Stumped on MPG issue

Ive got an 02 tahoe flex fuel and i see my best milage with 89octane e10 have had it get up to 19mpg. E85 is a whole different ball game best ive got with that fuel is 13mpg

might seem silly but check your tires (condition and pressure) I'll loose 1-2 mpg on low pressure alone. Tires sitting for a year, might be worth replacing anyway.
