Also Josh did u check the elec fans to see if they were setup to push or pull and which way did you have them and do they push enough cfm to keep up? I've also purchased some cheap fans that would actually drag slower then the wind was coming in the grill and was stopping/slowing air from coming in.

Yes shroud went on with the clutch fan, e fans are on it now. They are F body fans (pullers) behind the radiator, they sure feel like they move way more air then the clutch fan. You can feel air being drawn into the grill from the front, never noticed that with the clutch fan.

I'm stumped Josh! Sorry!! I have 2 Vettes and on both the fans suck air in so it seems like you did everything right!! Plus if u got the fans off a F body there going to be the same! I don't know Josh the only other thing I can think of is I had a stat go bad before and went through several others before I found one that would work. Do you have the water neck and stat all in one or separate? If u can remove the stat and see what happens!! should run really cool with out it with the elec fans. Sorry Bro just another idea.

The water pump I bought has a seprate t-stat and housing, I bought all 3 pieces. I think the new radiator has fixed it. I will have to wait till I have some more days off to hook up the trailer and put a load on it to be sure. It looks like not all the dexcool got out when I switched from dexcool to green coolant and it clogged the radiator. Thanks for your help though!
