i tried to put my truck back to stock and it said error. what is the deal? anybody had this problem before?

 

Not with a Superchips but my Predator always has several error codes the first time I try and put my truck back to stock. I just start over and it works fine after that. I did have the same thing with an HPP when I had it, I just unplugged the unit and started over, it too worked fine after that. Good luck!

Yup! I got an error message two weeks after I bought it. I was at a gas station reprogramming to 87 octane and got an error code. I don't remember the code but I sure did freak out. The first thing I tought was that my truck wouldn't start but it did. I called Superchips at this number (888) 227-2447 and told them what happened. They told me that I had to send it in and they will fix it. Since it was within the first 30-60 days of purchase they fixed it for free. I don't know if you will have to pay or not but it doesn't hurt to find out. Sorry to hear that your pregrammer crapped out on you but you definitely not alone.
