Is there anyway to get rid of the damn "no seatbelt" chime?

Seatbelt vs. Spark vs. PE vs. window speed table will handle that just fine.

I know! I know! I know!!! Use the damn thing and it won't ever chime at you again. But I appologize for your ignorance if you have a 'good' reason for not wearing your seatbelt...

Go to a junkyard and find a wrecked truck and just take the actual clip part of the seatbelt. When you're not wearing yours just plug that one in!

The chime noise goes through the radio, I was told if you replace the radio that you can make all the chime noises go away.

I found this article on how to silence the chime when the key is in, it did not work on the 2006. It made the radio stop working.

Why not call your local dealership and ask if they have a short seat belt extender and just plug it into the female end and tuck it away
