JUGS............check out the Feb 2005 edition of truckin magazine, page 238, specs on alot of trucks

2003 silverado ss.........1/4 mile @ 16.06 and 86 mph
2003 silverado ext. cab 1500...1/4 mile at 16.63 and 82 mph
2003 dodge ram 2500 heay duty truck.....1/4 mile @ 16.55 and 82 mph

Now, we know the magazine ppl always come up with some crazy #s and no times for the reg cab or 1500 dodge trucks, all heavy duty or diesels. It shows the 2500 dodge ahead of the chevy 1500 Ext Cab by.13 of a second? But it comes from the magazine folks, so can we really believe it?? NOT hardly..........

Ya, those were that same people that said the Quad Cab SRT10 runs a 15.0 sec 1/4 mile and 0-60 in 7 seconds.

Since we are just talking trucks, those new Nissan Titans are quick. My cousin has a 4 door 2wd one. From a dead stop I jump him about a truck length, and by 80mph he is pulling me in. I think by that speed, my 4.10s are hurting me, where at the start they help me get the jump.
