Truck Oil Filters, which one do you use?

My best friend has a '92? Burban 2wd 350ci 3.73s and it gets a consistant 19.5-20mpg with 28xk miles on it(original everthing even tranny!)..
but thats with us puttin around all the time.. but it is very suprising how fast that tank is! Pulls pretty good up to bout 90ish.

the kill list on it is unreal..
95 V-6 Yota 4wd
89 K5 blazer
94 Civic
Geo Metro! haha!
+many more

The oil they use is Delo 400 15w40? with a Wix filter.
Delo 400 goes in everything they have, they get it by the 100s of gallons for the farm. and everything gets a Wix filter.

I just changed my oil and filter last weekend (2,048 miles) and it now has 6 Qts of Mobil 1 and a M1-206 oil filter.

Was using the AC PF-59, now using Mobil 1 M1-206.
Oil is Mobil 1 5w-30.
