Default Truck surges when I put it in park

I noticed the other day after my truck warms up when i put it into park it surges to about 900-1200 but it only does it every now and then. it also does it 1st when i put it into park and then if i turn the a/c off before i kill it. Im not sure what the problemcould be but i noticed it about a week after i smoothed out my TB, i didnt port it, the TB looks the same as before i just smoothed it out with 800 up to 2000 and then polised it. so i guess you could say i just polished it. Thanks for any and all help......

Have you checked all the sensors on the TB?

Not sure? I didn't think of that. Sounds like an IAC acting up?
