tune up at 100,000, what all should i replace?
Alright so I have a 2003 Silverado with a 4.8 and it idles rough and runs kinda bad so I'm doing a tune and wanted to know..
Should I replace the spark plugs AND wires or leave the wires alone because they seem to work fine, also should I stick with AC delco 41-110 iridium's or another plug, and on the wires should I get the AC delco 9748HH or the 9748GG?? (Can't tell a difference)
Also should I change the fuel filter or will I be OK just running gumout through the gas?
Airfilter is new so nothing there. Truck is at 100,000 currently, got the truck at 94000, i don't know what the previous owner did to the truck

Wires are cheap , do them .
Plugs - another set of delcos or NGK .
Fuel filter- yours is in the tank so no , unless you want to drop the tank . Best to do that when your pump needs changed.
Clean your throttle body good .
Get some contact cleaner and clean your MAF sensor .
I like to run a can of chemtool injector cleaner every oil change also to keep the fuel system clean .

Most 2003's do have a serviceable fuel filter.
Don't forget about fluids. I'd recommend flushing the coolant, brake fluid, differentials, transmission & transfer case too. You could also have a Motorvac injector service done, cleans the injectors and combustion chambers pretty well.

any engine lights/codes?
if i was under there doing all the maintenance, i'd go ahead and do intake manifold gaskets and knock sensors. really don't need to do it though unless your getting the knock sensor code.
check the condition of the serpentine belts and hoses. if there are cracks in the belts, replace them. same goes for hoses. How to Check Radiator Hoses (with Pictures) - wikiHow
everything else has pretty much already been said. grease all the zerks in the suspension/steering, clean the injectors, fuel filters, plugs and wires, new fluids.
