Unknown Steering Clunk Noise When Turning? Need Help..
05' 1500 started making a bad clunk/binding type noise when turning the wheel slowly either in a parking lot, parking, or sitting still turning the wheel side to side. Also does it at low speeds turning at lights, etc. I looked under the truck and steering rack looks fine (recently replaced). Everything is new suspension wise as I just dropped my truck. New upper/lower arms/bushings/ball joints, springs, shocks, the whole 9. It was doing the noise when it was completely stock before the drop as well even after replacing just the upper/lower arm assemblies and sway bar end links. Not sure what happened or where its coming from, but I have been doing some research on possible steering shaft joints/bushings being shot? My wheel and steering are tight and tracks straight. I just had an alignment done due to the drop and the alignment went fine.
I am not sure if it's safe to drive it long with the noise happening or not as its never done this type of noise before. Truck has 192k on it as well. It drives me crazy because the noise is so loud it sounds like a spring exploding under the truck when it does the noise, it's also embarrassing as everyone in the parking lot can hear it as well.... any help would be greatly appreciated so I can fix my truck soon.

I can look at it tomorrow more but the upper is 100, but the lower is around 400. I was thinking of doing the upper and doing the upgraded bushing as mine is still the OEM one with 192k on it...
