I have no idea what you are talking about

The speedo should work just by tapping the VSS signal. I think. I can't remember but it should be in the instructions somewhere

I have tapped into vss high and low and I get nothing. Im just tired of guessing my speed lol and not having cruise control. I took the purple/ white wire from tcm and tried both the purple/white wire from truck and the green/black not sure if I have settings wrong someplace in tcm or the ecm tune

I don’t think it will work tapping into high or low. Those wires go to the vss in the transmission and with no sensor it won’t output a signal.

Ok, looks like I'm going to order my TCM-2650 w/harness next month so the parts i have now are:
truck is a 2004 Sierra, LQ9 cam

6l80 w/3K stall (still need stall to flex plate bolts)
4l60 flex plate
auto trans cross member
shifter lever and new cables(took all the other stuff out when i swapped in the t56)
Trans dip stick and tube
32 spline slip yoke, going to try the stock drive shaft, need to find a ujoint that will go from the slip yoke to 3R on the stock drive shaft. Not sure what size or name of the ujoint is on the slip yoke, Any incite from yous guys?
still looking for a Transmission oil cooler, so may options out there, Advice would be appreciated
I'm not sure about tuning the trans, I have HPtuner and the BlueCat tool, i used it do tune on my 2012 sierra and G8, I might give that a shot again.
Am I missing anything?

Will do, the module will be here thursday according to shipping, I'll probably start this weekend, just ripping stuff out and figuring out what to do with the massive hole i cut in the floor for the manual shifter. I'm gonna fix a few things before i start putting the new trans in. I still have to figure out the u joint situation for the 6l80 slip yoke to the stock drive shaft. When I put the t56 in i had to order a 1350 to 3R ujoint from spicer\dana. Cause of the viper output shaft. I know the drive shaft is 3R but I'm not sure what the 6l80 slip yoke is, i keep finding different conflicting information. the measurements look to be the same as a 3R but I dont get the warm fuzzies about it.
