Default V8 Ford Thunderbird Kill

I was coming home and seen this black 90’s model V8 Thunderbird w/ flowmasters at a red light acting stupid and yelling stuff at a V6 mustang. The mustang didn’t race him and turned. Well, I get beside the it. It was the driver and his friend, they were like 23-26 yrs old. Anyway, I get beside them, and seen them kinda smurking at my truck (like this guy wants to race me?) We were going like ~45 mph. He punched it and jumped about a bumper on me. I pulled on him real fast. We raced only until ~ 60 mph and his headlights were about 5 ft. behind my bumper. Then I let off and they got beside my truck and give me that "WTF?" look. A few minutes later he tried to race me again from about 65 mph and this time he jumped me about a little more than a carlength. By about 85 mph I had his headlights at my door and then we both let off.

What size engine was in the 90’s model V8 Thunderbird?

It finally feels like all the money I’ve put in my truck is starting to pay off.

I'm pretty sure it has the same 4.6L my girlfriends cougar has. I've raced her several times and beat her every time. Her cougar is a 95 model, so its probably the same motor. Good kill, either way. We have alot of guys around here with thunderbirds with pipes. The only thunderbird around that will run is my friends thunderbird sc. Pretty damn quick for a ford.

Depends what year it was. If iwas a late 80's early 90's it had the 5.0. Mid 90's it had the 4.6.

It could have been the SC 3.8L V6 with 230HP 330TQ, it was the most powerful of that bodystyle.

Don't know what engine, but it was a dawg off the line. Once he was going, he would kinda sling foward pretty hard. I think he had more than flowmasters, because he thought he could outrun a Z28 at another light. Needless to say, he had his *** handed to him. (didn't get to race the Z28, I would have got killed anyway!)
