most 98 cobras can run 13.2-14. First depends on driver. I have driven 2 that were my friends and both were 98. My buddy took his down to the track and ran it like the 1 month he had it and ran 13.7 with exhaust. We then put 4.10 in it and we went back to the track a coupe of weeks later. He drove a 13.2. Then I drove it and ran a 12.95. These engines rev to 7k and are still making power. Lets just say the driver needs to know how to drive this kind of car to get it to perform. Those 4.10 in these things are awesome.
