Kindof like what the NHRA cars have. So when they arent running it they can turn the switch off and kill all power to the car.
Hide the switch somewhere or something.
Thats what i always thought about doin.

LOL! there is a remote control relay setup that I was looking at. You replace your stock fuel pump relay with this relay and it wont start untill you disarm it. It comes with a remote control and a relay. I think it cost a $100-140 bucks. I seen it in the back of the trucking mag. I forget the name of the kit thow.

I think a relay in line with the starter solenoid trigger wire and hooked to the door lock switch like you said would be a good idea. Hell I might have to do something like that. Mine is a manual so i'd need to do something else since they could still push it off. Maybe a toggle switch and relay on the fuel pump would be best for me. I'd lean torward the starter kill on an automatic to keep them from draining the battery trying to crank it.
I wonder if Ins. companies give you a cut if you have lo-jack?

Im not going to pull spark plug wires. Mainly what Im worried about is when Im out on a date and the truck is sitting out in the movie theatre(or wherever) parking lot I dont want some hoodlums to take off with my truck. The battery cutoff deal is a good idea but I have an Alpine 7" indash touch screen and I would have to reset everything each time I cut power.
