Default What does everyone think of my exhaust idea for my lincoln navigator?

Hey everyone, i just picked up a 02 lincoln navigator and im thinking of going true duals on it. Id like to find some nice headers, if they even make them for navis, then im thinking of doing a catted true dual system with slp bullet resonators as the two mufflers then splitting it out the side? I want loud so what do you guys think and has it been done before? Thanks!

i put a set on a 97 f150 with a 5.4 and they are a pain in the a$$ to put on but they are some of the nicest ones out if you want to reuse your stock y-pipe

Aren't headers basically useless on Ford's SOHC engines?

Nope, never really looked at the truck stock manifolds. I was just asking because don't the 4.6 Mustangs generally see a small rwhp/rwtq gain (5 rwhp?) after installing a set of headers? Sorry, I don't keep up with much Ford stuff.

Haha i know, i know, i hate to post on a chevy forum about a ford vehicle but i figured someone here must have dealt with a navigator before. Im just looking for a real loud set-up, hence the headers, true duals and slp LM resonators, just seein if anyone has done this or attempted this at all.
