Default what happened to the TR55 plugs??

Nobody in town at all the auto stores has the TR55's in stock. Apparently they must be discontinued?

The IX denotes that you got iridium plugs...I'll bet that they were about 6-7 bucks a plug as opposed to the $1.50-$2 for the copper ones. They're an excellent plug, just don't worry about changing them out at 25-30k, you should be good to at least 60k, and probably more like 80-100k. I've replaced Denso Iridium plugs with over 175k on them that were firing perfectly

If you can't find TR55's, a TR5 is the same thing just with a different pre-set gap from NGK. You can get those and gap them where you'd like. I keep hearing rumors about the TR55 being discontinued, then I hear of or see them for sale somewhere...either way, as I mentioned, there is always hope since a TR5 is the same thing

auto zone did have them. The guy said they changed the "stock" number or something like that and it cross referenced them. He said they should be the same thing and once he grabbed them, right on the box they said TR55 so im good to go
