What the Hot Air is going on here?!?!?
OK, Texas guy here, and I was welcomed by 100 degree heat today. No biggie, auto A/C always takes care of it. 3-4 minutes into ride, and not feeling any relief. Press the Recirc button (since it always turns off) and wait for salvation. Still getting hotter. Pull over under a shade tree, and mirror thermometer reads 105. Now I'm
Check out the display, and it only shows it is blowing at about 50%. I manually turn it up, and hear what sounds like the flap for fresh/recirc air close. I am sweating bullets by now No relief.
I turn it all off, then back on, and all is well. 2 hours later get back in the truck, and repeat process. Ain't this some
Any tips?

Welcome to the club SCIV. I have been having major issues with mine. I have had it in the dealership twice for the same problem over the last 3 weeks. Both times they replaced a cycling switch. It would periodically blow hot *** air. Sounds like the same problem I was having. Both times it has only taken them a few hours to fix. But still a pain in the ***.

Yeah had similar situation with my 03. Took it to the dealership and a sensor/ switch was replaced. Worker stated that is kinda common with these late model trucks. They had my truck on and running in less than a hour. Air is working fine know.
